In an effort to provide you with more options for your online event reporting, we have created a new reporting system which provides several new features, including but not limited to:
- Custom inclusion and exclusion search filters
- Filtering by date ranges
- Dynamic group filtering
- Dynamic report-by columns
- Exporting to Excel, Word, PDF and many other formats
Visual Dashboards are now available!
The E-Ticket Sales Dashboard is made up of a series of visual graphs and charts that provide real-time online ticket sales data (daily sales by hour, pre-sales, mid-event sales and product sales comparison).
The new Marketing Dashboard will report real-time data on your online sales page traffic, e-mail blast views
and orders and promo codes usage (if applicable). The dashboard also displays a pie chart comparison of sources of traffic hitting the online purchase page.
